We are Seeking an experienced Defense Lead Subcontract Administrators for Billion Dollar Leader in the Defense Industry in Fort Wayne,Indiana

There are 3 open positions

Motivated self-starter well versed in the Subcontract Process Flow and managing supplier performance in the areas of technical scope, schedule, and cost.

Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution (cost, schedule, technical, quality) and full integration of the subcontract work scope within the program, e.g. proposals, negotiations, contract execution, etc.

Strong negotiations skills and knowledge of legal terms and conditions.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed. (~25%)

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree

9 years of prior Subcontracts or prior related experience,

Previous Subcontracts and negotiation experience.

FAR/DFARS experience. Clearance is desired, but not required.

Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost- Plus. (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee, or award fee)

Experience managing budgets and sales forecasting.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Lean Six Sigma experience.

US Citizen and eligible for Security Clearance
