We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that improve the performance and productivity of our customer service teams. You will play a critical part in shaping how our team members interact with clients, ensuring high service standards and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

Evaluate team performance to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and handouts.

Facilitate workshops and ongoing coaching to reinforce service best practices.

Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback to management.

Stay current on customer service trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in customer service or call center environments.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust content as needed.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
