Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient clinic (Allergy & Immunology Specialists of Northwest Ohio)
Responsibilities: Provide Allergy & Immunology care; flexible practice design; after-hours call via answering service only
Required Procedures: Standard Allergy & Immunology procedures
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support; in-house hospitalist for admissions
Days Per Month: 8–10 (part-time, 16–20 hours/week)
On-Call/Weekends: On-call via answering service; emergencies routed to ED

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Allergy & Immunology – REQUIRED

• OH license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and license – REQUIRED

• Date of agency's last communication with provider – REQUIRED

• Reason for interest in BVHS – REQUIRED

• Does provider require visa support (J1/H1B)? – REQUIRED
