Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team. Product Marketing Specialist Overview:
This position supports the company’s efforts to promote products and services, and educates customers through a variety of marketing initiatives including print, email, website, digital, events, etc. The Product Marketing Specialist will develop content supporting Arrowhead Winch products with a focus on relevance to specific markets; assist in executing marketing strategies; assist with trade shows and other events; and contribute to the team in other ways as needed. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging our customer base by implementing effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.
Product Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Coordinate information from sales, engineering, and other internal teams to create content for marketing materials.
- Design impactful marketing communications following brand guidelines including, but not limited to sales literature, data sheets, OEM/distributor support materials, marketing emails, trade show graphics, digital advertisements, and videos. May also partner with outside vendors to create promotional materials as needed.
- Maintain integrity and consistency of the Arrowhead Winch brand through correct and consistent use of logos and brand guidelines.
- Support sales team by creating emails, presentations, and other sales aids.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Organize and maintain library of sales resources including sales literature, photos and videos using digital asset management program (currently BAM!).
- Assist with product labeling and/or packaging as needed.
- Coordinate the development of case studies and testimonials for products with customers and end users.
- Work within stated budget guidelines to accomplish goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Product Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in product or brand marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Product Marketing Specialist Technical Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with aptitude to work with technical information and illustrations
- Must be able to demonstrate skills with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Ability to use resources, including Microsoft Office applications and other programs, to share, retrieve, research and present business information
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly remain in a stationary position (sit/stand) for extended periods. Must frequently operate a computer for extended periods. Requires close vision for computer work and reviewing documents. This position may require occasional light to medium lifting, bending, or stooping. Must be able to hear and speak clearly for effective communication. Must be able to walk and travel via automobile and aviation.
