Job Description

Job DescriptionGrowing company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper, to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, reliability, loyalty, excellent organization skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is a self starter, owns their assigned tasks, yet be able to work in a team environment and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Responsibilities will include:

  • Process weekly payroll.
  • Prepare payroll JE’s.
  • Assist with monthly JE’s.
  • Make bank deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Credit card and monthly credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly management and financial reports.
  • Assist the general manager and controller with support, as needed.
  • Maintain orderly filing system.


Must have experience with:

  • QuickBooks
  • ADP payroll processing
  • HR experience
  • Data entry
  • Record keeping
  • Computer operations,
  • Understand the GL,
  • Experience working in accounts payable and receivable,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
