Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post-Production Media & Data Manager to support entertainment marketing post-production workflows across trailers, TV spots, promos, and other marketing assets. In this role, you will coordinate media distribution, asset tracking, metadata management, and work order creation to support creative, editorial, and finishing teams throughout the post-production lifecycle.

This position requires strong operational rigor, technical understanding of digital media workflows, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced working within entertainment marketing or post-production operations.

What You’ll Do:

· Coordinate distribution and tracking of source media assets for trailers, TV spots, promos, and other marketing deliverables

· Identify available A/V source materials and facilitate deliveries to creative agencies, editors, finishing vendors, and internal stakeholders

· Create and manage media orders, work orders, asset tracking documentation, and delivery schedules

· Maintain accurate metadata, asset IDs, version tracking, and delivery records across asset management systems

· Partner with post-production, marketing operations, distribution, and asset management teams to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery

· Support creation and distribution of preview links and asset access for internal cross-functional teams

· Troubleshoot delivery issues including missing, corrupt, or incorrect files and coordinate resolutions with vendors and partners

· Support vendor onboarding processes, access management, and content security coordination

· Source and distribute finished marketing assets for archival and creative purposes

· Assist with operational workflows including database management, Airtable migration efforts, reporting, meeting notes, and special projects

What You Bring:

· 5–7 years of experience supporting digital media workflows within post-production, entertainment marketing, studios, creative agencies, or media environments

· Strong understanding of film, television, and post-production workflows from asset creation through final delivery

· 3+ years of experience working within DAM, MAM, PAM, or related asset management systems

· Experience creating work orders, tracking deliverables, and managing media fulfillment workflows

· Strong knowledge of digital video/audio formats, media deliverables, and file management workflows

· Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and operational tracking systems

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively in deadline-driven environments

· Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

· Experience with Xytech order management systems

· Experience using Airtable or similar workflow management platforms

· Experience supporting entertainment marketing campaigns or trailer/post-production environments

· Familiarity with media archival workflows and digital asset preservation

· Experience supporting large-scale media operations or high-volume campaign environments
