Job Description Were working with a very exciting and rapidly growing, venture-backed startup company in Richmond, VA. Theyre looking for a Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate to join their growing team.

Position Overview:
Title: Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate
Experience: 1-5 years
Compensation: Up to around $93,500 total comp, depending on experience
What Youll Do:
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss tax strategy and ways to minimize their taxes
- Oversee the preparation of tax filings (1040, Partnership, S Corp returns)
- Work closely with client accounting team
