Project Manager - Restoration

Rose Restoration is a specialty contractor that restores stone, marble, terrazzo, and concrete surfaces in high-end residential homes, luxury hotels, commercial buildings, and construction sites across the DC metro area. We are not a general contractor - we are craftsmen.

We are hiring a Project Manager to own the execution of multiple concurrent restoration projects. This is a leadership role, not a coordinator position. You will manage schedules, crews, materials, client communication, and project quality - and report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

· Manage the full lifecycle of multiple restoration projects simultaneously

· Build and maintain project schedules - crews, materials, access, timelines

· Communicate proactively with clients - updates, expectations, issue resolution

· Coordinate daily with field crews on scope, quality, and progress

· Order and track materials so nothing holds up a job

· Visit job sites to verify quality and adherence to scope

· Manage documentation - photos, change orders, completion reports

· Solve problems fast and flag risks before they become fires

· Support invoicing, job costing, and operational improvement

What You Bring

· 2–5+ years in project management, construction management, or field operations

· Ability to manage multiple projects without dropping details

· Strong written and verbal communication - with clients, crews, and leadership

· Highly organized, systems-minded, detail-oriented

· Comfortable splitting time between field and office

· Proactive - you catch problems early, not after they explode

· Calm under pressure, solutions-first mentality

· Scheduling, project tracking, or CRM tool experience is a plus

· Stone, marble, terrazzo, or concrete knowledge is a plus - we will train the right person

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
