1st Shift Die Inspector
- Job Summary: Use a microscope to perform visual inspection of integrated circuits and semiconductor wafers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Use microscope to perform visual inspection of Integrated Circuits and semiconductor wafers.
- Familiar with AQL sampling and criteria for accept and reject of semiconductor IC units.
- Comply with safety conditions and priorities.
- Count and verify production lot quantities versus existing computer entries and paperwork.
- Learn how to operate equipment in order to perform job functions adequately.
- Communicate any repeatable QC findings to QC manager.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and repetitive work load.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher level of education is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using a microscope is a plus
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing operations is a plus
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs
- Self-motivated with excellent customer service, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or shift in priorities.
- Manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Ability to remain flexible, dependent on the needs of the customer.
- Able to work with deadlines and complex customer requirements of handling and inspection of their units.
- Basic Math skills and ability to learn company computer system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
