This opportunity invites registered nurses with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) expertise to provide specialized care for newborns facing critical health challenges. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to an assigned group of patients, following established nursing standards and processes while utilizing professional judgment and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive monitoring and comprehensive care to neonates experiencing life-threatening conditions.
  • Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Apply independent nursing judgment and discretion in clinical decision-making.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid RN license with NICU specialization.
  • Experience in a Level III or Level IV neonatal intensive care setting, aligned with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) standards.
