Salary: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, In-Person
Overview:
Join our busy outpatient primary care clinic in Margate! We are seeking a Certified Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant with strong clinical, administrative, and quality metrics experience. If you excel at phlebotomy, lab order management, prior authorizations, and HEDIS work, we want you.
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>CMA or Certified Phlebotomist with ≥3 years outpatient experience</li>
<li>Skilled in phlebotomy, lab order entry, ICD-10 coding, medical necessity validation</li>
<li>eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency</li>
<li>Insurance verification and prior authorization experience</li>
<li>HEDIS/payer quality metric tracking and care gap closure</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)</li>
</ul>
