You will work very closely with the customers as well as our production people. You will communicate needs and ideas and even participate in getting the design carried out. You are confident but grounded you are smart without needing to show off. You are a natural problem solver who is energized by challenge and are equally comfortable solving a complex process problem as you are helping on the line or pitching your thoughts to the leadership team .
