Dentist
Join Diamond Braces as a Dentist, where you'll collaborate with our orthodontic team to perform exams, monitor treatment progress, manage dental health during orthodontic care, and ensure patients achieve their best smiles. You'll work in a supportive, high-energy environment focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results.
Essential Functions:
- Diagnose and Treat Malocclusions: Assess and diagnose patients’ dental and skeletal structure to identify alignment issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans to correct these concerns.
- Provide Orthodontic Treatment: Use orthodontic appliances, such as braces and aligners, to treat bite issues, misaligned teeth, and jaw discrepancies, ensuring effective and efficient care.
- Monitor Treatment Progress: Regularly evaluate the progress of orthodontic treatment, making adjustments as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Educate Patients on Oral Health: Guide patients and their families on how to maintain oral health during and after orthodontic treatment, emphasizing the importance of proper care.
- Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Keep detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Patient Comfort and Satisfaction: Provide a positive experience for each patient by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and offering compassionate care throughout their treatment.
- Stay Informed on Orthodontic Advances: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in orthodontics through ongoing education and training, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Stay Flexible: Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the changing needs of the practice.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree with experience in orthodontic procedures.
- Valid dental license (state-specific requirements apply).
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Starting at $700 per day. Salary is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
