Schedule

  • 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM start)

Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year neonatal ICU or pediatric ICU critical care experience
  • Current PALS certification
  • Proficiency in admitting and managing ventilated patients using Servo-U ventilator and heliox therapy, both invasively and non-invasively
  • Skilled in non-invasive ventilation (biPAP, CPAP), Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide use, and high-frequency ventilation
  • Familiarity with Epic documentation system preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional neonatal intensive care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Set up and manage advanced respiratory therapies for critically ill infants
  • Adhere to all protocols, safety measures, and documentation standards
  • Wear the required hunter green uniform
