Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM start)
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year neonatal ICU or pediatric ICU critical care experience
- Current PALS certification
- Proficiency in admitting and managing ventilated patients using Servo-U ventilator and heliox therapy, both invasively and non-invasively
- Skilled in non-invasive ventilation (biPAP, CPAP), Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide use, and high-frequency ventilation
- Familiarity with Epic documentation system preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional neonatal intensive care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Set up and manage advanced respiratory therapies for critically ill infants
- Adhere to all protocols, safety measures, and documentation standards
- Wear the required hunter green uniform
