Provide expert nursing care in an emergency room setting during night shifts at a reputable medical center in White Rock, NM. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the needs and age of individual patients in the emergency setting.

• Respond promptly and competently in emergency and crisis situations.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols within the department.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and report to the Patient Care Director or Manager.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC/ATCN/CPI or equivalents are preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to emergency nursing and patient population served.
• Strong communication skills tailored to patient developmental stages.
• Ability to manage physical demands including prolonged standing, patient transfers, and emergency interventions.
