Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the needs and age of individual patients in the emergency setting.

- Respond promptly and competently in emergency and crisis situations.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members and report to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC/ATCN/CPI or equivalents are preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to emergency nursing and patient population served.
- Strong communication skills tailored to patient developmental stages.
- Ability to manage physical demands including prolonged standing, patient transfers, and emergency interventions.
