must be proficient on Quickbooks desktop
experienced in accounts receiveable
in depth understanding of accounting principles (accounting degree will help)
proficient with bank reconcilliation and bank/credit card downloads.
journal entries and month end closing entries
payroll experience on quickbooks
sales tax preparation
and live nearby
