In this role, you will:

<li>Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service</li>
<li>Manage and mentor a high-performing remote/hybrid team</li>
<li>Drive project success from setup through delivery</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business Development teams</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li>
<li>Work hands on alongside your team handling clients' needs</li>
<li>Play a key role in strategy and process improvements</li>
</ul>
We're looking for someone with:
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>5+ years in customer service</li>
<li>4+ years of management experience</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and remain calm in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint</li>
<li>Technically savvy, and can pick up new software quickly</li>
