Centre Law & Consulting is seeking an experienced GSA Schedules Consultant with an advanced understanding of GSA Schedules to represent Centre clients in preparing, negotiating and managing their GSA Schedules and modifications. In this role you will be responsible for representing multiple industry clients in a variety of industries and supervising junior staff The GSA Schedules Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert to Centre clients in advising them on compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, and leading contract assessments, audit, and review activities.

Centre Law & Consulting (www.centrelawgroup.com) is a boutique law firm specializing in the unique needs of federal contractors through integrated legal, training, and GSA Schedule consulting services for both government and industry clients. Responsibilities:

· Managing GSA and VA Schedule engagements for multiple government contractor clients in a variety of industries across the contract lifecycle

· Report to senior management in monthly meeting

· Prepare GSA Schedule offers, renewals, modifications and deliverables

· Represent clients’ interests in interactions and negotiations with GSA personnel, including contracting professionals, analysts, and auditors

· Advise and support clients in all aspects of GSA Schedule contracting, including contract acquisition, maintenance, and compliance

· Provide clients with strategic advice on GSA Schedule business integration

· Train and assist clients in setting up compliance programs to effectively manage GSA contract obligations

· Keeps up to date with changes in GSA and the federal procurement community

· Deliver highest level of customer service to clients, including interacting with those at the executive level

· Assist clients on the process and specific steps for TDR reporting, Individual Subcontracting Report (ISR), Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS), creation of and updates to Subcontracting Plans, FPDS, FAS reporting, IFF reporting and payments, and establishing best practices for our clients

· Provide backup coverage and perform quality control reviews for other team members as needed

· Ensure Centre’s GSA schedule is up to date and in compliance

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working directly for a federal contractor or as a consultant at a GSA Schedule provider

Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and GSAM, and federal contracting industry

Willingness to speak at Centre webinars about GSA Schedules

Strong analytical, writing, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

Ability to support multiple clients

Adaptable to changing priorities in a faced-paced environment

Strong computer skills and extensive usage of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to navigate GSA eTools

Ability to work in our Tysons office three days a week

Experience managing staff a plus

Bachelor’s degree
