Job Title: Clinical Trial Associate

As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will support clinical operations and contribute to groundbreaking research in oncology and rare diseases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure by working closely with the Director and Chief Medical Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical research operations and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols.
  • Maintain and organize clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with international teams, requiring flexibility in working hours.
  • Assist in the execution of clinical trials, particularly in oncology and rare disease sectors.

Essential Skills

  • Clinical research experience, particularly as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
  • Proficiency in clinical trial processes and documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical trials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts (BS/BA).
  • Experience in a small team environment, offering exposure to senior leadership.

Work Environment

The position is primarily remote with an office located in Lexington, MA. Candidates must be local for occasional on-site meetings. The role requires flexibility for some international work hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
