Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of various materials to item balance locations generated by manufacturing or service orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform Just-In-Time (JIT) and nightly picking tasks using a handheld scanner and various industrial lift trucks, as directed by the Materials Picking Group Lead.
- Assist with transporting materials to production lines and returning finished goods to the Distribution Center for storage.
- Remove Return To Stock (RTS) skids from production lines, verify item counts, and return RTS items to stock.
- Load, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other powered industrial trucks.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean, neat, and organized manner. Conduct inspections and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in material handling, forklift operation, order picking, and using RF scanners.
- Minimum of one year of general warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with stand-up forklifts and clamp forklifts is advantageous.

Work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled environment. The assembly lines are arranged to showcase the progression from small motor parts to finished products. All parts are made in-house, utilizing CNC and molding machines to support the production lines.

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
