Job Title: Molding Operator/Medical Assembler
$20/HR-$23/HR ALL Shifts
BROOKLYN PARK, MN
Job Description
This role involves working in both the injection mold and assembly areas. As a molding operator, you will be responsible for closing the mold door, starting the machine, unloading parts, and performing basic trimming. In the assembly area, your duties will include assembling basic plastic medical parts and packaging them. The work is very repetitive and requires experience with microscopes.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines by closing doors, pressing start, and unloading parts.
- Perform basic trimming of molded parts.
- Assemble basic plastic medical parts.
- Package assembled parts for distribution.
- Read and follow work orders accurately.
- Maintain focus and precision in repetitive tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience with machine operation and assembly.
- Proficiency in reading work orders.
- Ability to work in a repetitive task environment.
- Experience using microscopes.
- Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial.
- Experience in injection molding is a plus.
- Excellent attendance and positive attitude are crucial.

Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean medical setting, with assembly areas and some presses located in Class 7 and Class 8 Clean Rooms. The facility is brand new and includes a nice break room for employee comfort.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
