A specialized paraprofessional opportunity is available at a high-needs behavioral school environment located in Suncook, NH, serving an all-boys population. This role involves significant interaction and one-on-one support, particularly suited for candidates with experience as a paraprofessional, behavior aide, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Due to the nature of the facility, candidates should be comfortable with and available for weekend and evening shifts, rather than a traditional school schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional, behavior aide, or RBT preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late evening shifts.
- Reliability is critical; the role requires consistent attendance due to the intensive, 24/7 care environment.
- Experience supporting children with behavioral needs is strongly advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and support residents effectively.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and supervision to boys in a residential behavioral setting.
- Assist with daily routines, behavioral interventions, and educational activities.
- Ensure safety and well-being of students through attentive supervision and proactive engagement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistent care standards.
- Commit to assigned shift schedules to maintain mandated staffing requirements, reducing the risk of understaffing due to absences.
Work Schedule:
- Weekday shifts: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Weekend shifts: Saturday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Sunday shifts vary based on staff availability.
