Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in the Anchorage, AK area. This role involves delivering therapy services to students with a variety of needs, helping them develop the skills required for academic and functional success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services

Support students in building fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation skills

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support IEP goals

Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Alaska OT license Required

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
