Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in the Anchorage, AK area. This role involves delivering therapy services to students with a variety of needs, helping them develop the skills required for academic and functional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services

• Support students in building fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation skills

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support IEP goals

• Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Alaska OT license Required

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
