Direct Hire | 1st and 2nd Shift $22-23/hr
About the Role
We’re hiring a Production Associate to join a clean, modern manufacturing facility specializing in the assembly of radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone with mechanical assembly experience who enjoys working with tools, blueprints, and precision measurements.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders and blueprints
- Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand tools and measuring devices
- Use drills to fasten metal brackets with screws
- Read tape measures daily to meet exact specifications
- Complete work within standard time expectations
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Report equipment issues or production challenges to leads/supervisors
- Participate in 5S practices, cleaning, and organization
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring tapes
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals (and vice versa)
- Able to stand 8–10 hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with PPE (steel‑toe boots, eye/ear protection)

- Modern manufacturing setting with updated equipment
- Safety‑focused production floor
- Personal phone use restricted on the floor for safety and productivity
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Chanhassen, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
