Job Summary:
The Staffing Specialist will work closely with the Branch Manager and Recruiter, assisting with servicing, recruiting, and various office task including day-to-day operations for a sales organization. If you are a jack of all trades, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing
- Pre-screening
- Onboarding
- Cold calling/Cold Emailing
- Upselling
- Data entry
- Scheduling
- Customer Service (in office and in the field)
- Multiline phone system
Skills and Experience:
- HR knowledge
- Project Management
- Multi-tasking
- Excel
- Time Management
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Salesforce
- Recruiting or Sales is a plus
- Construction Industry experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish)
