Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Educational Diagnostician position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Midland, TX. This onsite role involves working with K-12 students to conduct educational assessments and write detailed reports, playing a critical role in supporting student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive educational assessments for K-12 students
  • Analyze and interpret assessment data to identify student needs
  • Develop clear and detailed evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with educational guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Educational Diagnostician certification required
  • Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a K-12 setting
  • Strong report writing and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of special education laws and procedures

Location:Midland, Texas Onsite role supporting local school district students
