- Assist customers, cashier, sometime work with food. Help plan private events to create a great experience from small to large sized parties. Offer suggestions, establish timelines and other details.
- Supervise to ensure attentive service and that guess are following established policies and procedures.
- Participate in weekly Team meetings. Lead discussions and review the details of what is needed for improvement after each event.
- Performing at a quick pace while having fun.
- Support a culture of enthusiasm, while willingness to learn and have fun.
- Follow and ensure compliance of all policies and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Service Manual, and other generated documents.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Chain of Command.
