Schedule: Day shift (Typically 9am to 5pm M-F, but may vary based on operational needs)

About the Role

1st Adjusters is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support operations at our San Antonio facility. This role is process-driven and hands-on, and is critical to keeping our lot organized, compliant, and inspection-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves routine, repeatable tasks that must be completed accurately and documented correctly every time.

The Lot Attendant is responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the lot, including removal of trash and debris
• Processing vehicles as they arrive on the lot, including:
• • Taking required photographs
  • Tagging vehicles by writing required information on the windshield
• Crash wrapping vehicles as needed
• Removing, tagging, and accurately storing personal property found in vehicles
• Tagging, processing, and securing vehicle keys
• Completing all required release paperwork prior to releasing vehicles to:
• • Transporters
  • Debtors
  • taking additional "process out" pictures of vehicle
• Releasing personal property back to debtors, including:
• • Verifying debtor identification
  • Completing required documentation
• Verifying identification for transporters prior to vehicle release
• Maintaining the property room, including:
• • Proper storage of property
  • Tracking and removing expired property in accordance with company policy
