Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized care plans and educate patients about their oral health.
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assist in preventative care measures.
- Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment plans and address any concerns.
- Participate in streamlining administrative processes and enhancing patient flow.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote dental health education and care for underserved populations.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice as a dental hygienist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prior experience in a dental setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
