A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with PACU expertise to provide exceptional care in a post-surgical unit. This position supports patient recovery stages immediately following surgical procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and close monitoring during this critical period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients vital signs and overall condition post-surgery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Manage pain control effectively and support patient comfort
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to adjust care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patients conditions or emergencies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current RN license with PACU specialization
- Experience in post-anesthesia care preferred
- Strong observational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Unit Details:
- 22-bed Post-Surgical Unit
- Patient ratio approximately 1:4-5, allowing a focused, quality approach to patient care
