<ul>

Screen and evaluate&nbsp;gynecologic&nbsp;and non-gynecologic&nbsp;cytology specimens using the Hologic&nbsp;ThinPrep&nbsp;system and document results in Epic.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Participate in ultrasound/CT-guided FNA procedures.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Maintain quality assurance and workload records.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ensure specimen integrity and proper documentation throughout processing.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Operate and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;laboratory instruments and troubleshoot as needed.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control guidelines.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Maintain continuing education (minimum 24 hours/year).&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Manage specimen retention and handle send-out consultations.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Perform other duties as assigned.&nbsp;
