What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone interviews, on site interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
- Match job seekers with client openings based on skills and interests
- Assist in coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
- Support the team with administrative tasks and client communications
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or office experience is a plus (but not required!)
