Distribution Coordinator
Total Seed Production is a corn & soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN. We are seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to manage incoming and outgoing customer shipments. This role ensures accurate scheduling, clear communication with customers and internal teams, and completion of all shipping documentation in compliance with quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse and distribution teams
- Communicate shipping schedules and updates to customers
- Prepare and manage shipping paperwork and documentation
- Track shipments (including UPS/FedEx) and update schedules as needed
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and hold team members accountable to process standards
- Maintain and update customer shipping instructions and schedules
- Learn and utilize customer systems and internal inventory spreadsheets
- Identify issues, communicate concerns, and support problem resolution
- Contribute to process improvements and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Requirements
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DOT medical evaluation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
