Job Description:
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining,
troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our
commercial clients. You will be expected to deliver excellent service, ensuring all HVAC systems
are operating efficiently and reliably. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air
handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly and
professionally.
Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance work, and repairs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 5+ years Commercial HVAC Technician with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems,
diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Valid HVAC certification (NATE, EPA, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry 85lbs of equipment and tools.
