Immediate opportunity for Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Harrisburg behavioral intervention staff at TEAMCare Behavioral Health
TEAMCare is seeking a BCBA candidate that values a collaborative and supportive work environment. We offer school, home, and community-based ABA services to children ranging in age from 1 to 21. We also provide school consultation services to public schools. Our approach is one that nurtures the development of children, with a love for and understanding of the whole child and family unit, while implementing behavioral interventions with high levels of dignity, integrity, and social significance. We highly value on-going training for our clinical team and our behavior technicians. We are seeking a candidate that is willing to learn from, grow with and support our entire team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes including parent interviews, skill acquisition assessments, and FBAs and create highly individualized treatment plans
- Design effective skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures, and data collection systems
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, providing regular feedback
- Potential to provide school consultation services
- Remain abreast of changes in research and evidence-based practices
Minimum Essential Qualifications:
- Passion for patient care and desire to make positive change in someone's life
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances and FBI Clearance
