Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a highly qualified Investment Funds Associate to join its Investment Funds Practice. Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in:

• Private equity fund formation.

• Fund operational matters.

• Structuring and fundraising of private investment funds.

• Sponsor internal arrangements.

• Regulatory and compliance matters related to investment funds.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
