Best Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for a client in Port Richey, FL. The primary responsibility for this position is G-tube (gastrostomy tube) management, along with general nursing care to ensure the patient’s safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Perform G-tube feeding, care, and monitoring
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Communicate effectively with family members and care team

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license (required)
• Experience with G-tube care preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
