Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a difference as a Full Time Physical Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year by working with elementary and high school students. Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations is a plus
- Previous school setting work preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet a wide range of student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to elementary and high school students as part of their educational plans
- Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, occupational therapists, and other school professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights regarding student needs and progress
- Educate staff and families on best practices for student support and inclusion
