About the Opportunity

Snelling Staffing is hiring a reliable and professional Courier/Driver to support an essential medical supply provider serving underserved and uninsured residents throughout Wisconsin.

This position plays a key role in ensuring diabetic testing supplies reach customers quickly, safely, and accurately. You’ll work independently, follow a consistent route schedule, and represent Snelling with professionalism and care.

Position Overview

We’re seeking someone who is:

✔ Trustworthy and professional with the community
✔ Able to follow structured processes and instructions
✔ Looking for flexible, contract-based work with consistent hours

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

Complete 10–20 pick-ups/deliveries per shift
Travel throughout Milwaukee & surrounding areas
Make door-to-door deliveries and receive packages outdoors
Verify merchandise and follow proper handoff procedures
Keep the Mequon office informed of route progress
Occasionally assist with simple office tasks (training provided)
Carry, lift, and secure small packages
Navigate efficiently and maintain an on-time schedule

Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Reliable, consistent vehicle
Comfortable lifting/carrying small packages
Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors
Strong communication and customer-service skills
