We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a highly successful real estate broker. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining tasks, and ensuring the broker can focus on business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick to respond, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the broker, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.
- Serve as a professional representative of the broker, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and communication.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, client communications, and brand initiatives.
- Manage documents, contracts, and transaction files with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through on projects and tasks to completion.
- Assist with client interactions and relationship management, ensuring a positive and polished experience.
- Contribute to process improvements that maximize efficiency and organization.
Qualifications

- Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
