Tri Community Nursing Center (and its sister facility, Bayou Chateau Nursing Center) are in need of a contracted licensed Medical Records Consultant for quarterly consulting.

The Consultant will be responsible for the following:

-Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations (HIPA, CMS, etc.)

-Conducting audits to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of patient records .

-Providing training for staff on proper documentation practices.

-Assisting in the management of electronic health records (EHR) system and integration.

-Offering guidance on policies and procedures related to medical records.
