Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a polished, reliable, and service-oriented Receptionist and Front-of-House Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and internal partners. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment and who thrives in a position where communication, organization, and presence truly matter.
About the Role
As the face of the firm, you will manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring every visitor and caller receives an exceptional experience. You will support internal teams, coordinate with vendors, and maintain a smooth, organized, and professional office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to represent the firm with confidence and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality
Manage a multi-line phone system, confidently routing calls and handling inquiries
Serve as a communication hub for internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, and shared spaces to firm standards
Coordinate meeting logistics, visitor schedules, and vendor appointments
Support administrative tasks including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Build strong working relationships with clients, prospective clients, and vendor partners
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Confident, polished, and professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience interacting with prospective clients, current clients, and vendors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional presence, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
Local candidates only; relocation is not offered
100% onsite role with no hybrid or remote options
