Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be integral to the bagging and packaging process, ensuring that products are properly palletized. You will receive training to set up and operate various types of equipment used in the spray drying process. This role requires standing for long periods and working in confined spaces, including elevated work platforms up to 30 feet above ground. Proficiency in reading and writing English is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operate bagging and packaging machines efficiently.
- Palletize products accurately.
- Set up and operate equipment used in the spray drying process.
- Adhere to GMP standards.
- Ensure quality control in the production process.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of general production work or machine operating experience.
- 1+ year of GMP experience.
- Proficiency in mixing/blending.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in GMP environment.
- High School Diploma.

Work Environment
The role is structured around 2nd shift hours, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment adheres to GMP standards, necessitating hair nets, beard nets, non-slip steel toe shoes, smocks, and gloves. The production process involves working with soy and wheat products.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
