What You’ll Do

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for preschool‑aged children.

Support social, emotional, language, and early academic development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning.

Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications
Teachers
-
CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
-
6–12 months relevant classroom experience
Caregivers (Infant/Toddler)
-
High school diploma
-
Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training)
-
12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
Teacher Aides
-
No prior experience required
-
Training provided
Not qualified yet?
We have Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour)
Schedule & Locations
Monday–Friday • Full-Time (Plus substitute schedules that are flexible)
