We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a temporary contract position starting ASAP through the end of February. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities and maintaining excellent communication with visitors and staff. Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Handle switchboard operations, managing up to 10 phone lines efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and guests.
• Maintain an organized and detail-oriented reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.
• Uphold business casual attire and maintain a neat appearance.
• Ensure prompt communication and coordination with relevant departments.
• Adapt to various tasks as needed to support the organization.
• Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology.
• Attention to detail in appearance and adherence to business casual attire.
