Accounts Payable Clerk | Greensville, NC – Hybrid | Long-Term Contract

and team contributor? This role supports our amazing Finance team to support all Accounts Payable functions.
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to support our site acquisition operations. This role is responsible for processing A/P
invoices, assisting with month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient vendor management and help maintain accurate financial records.

Job Description:
· Process accounts payable invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
· Support vendor payment strategies and workflows to align with monthly cash flow objectives.
· Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of vendor profiles, including new site acquisition assignees.
· Participate in weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
· Foster strong relationships with vendors to enhance communication and minimize service disruptions.
· Contribute to the monthly A/P close process, including:
o Intercompany transactions
o Aging reports
o Cash sheet updates
o Unvouchered liabilities
o Accruals and reconciliations
· Perform additional accounting tasks and projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance preferred
· 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst
· Advanced Excel skills required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
