We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee our civil construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project coordination, and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning to implementation
• Coordinate and oversee all work on-site
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, the city, and other municipality employees.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Experience in civil construction estimating and project scheduling
• Strong project coordination abilities
• Ability to interpret construction schematics
• Expertise in construction management practices
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment requirements to complete utility work
• Understand all aspects of underground utility installation not limited to - waterline, sewer, secondary irrigation, storm line and site roadworks.
• Efficient in Excel.
• Knowledgeable in GPS systems.
