  • Someone who has clear understanding of the basic tasks for a Customer Care Representative. A strong foundation in which all task will be completed effectively.
  • Someone who is able to prepare and process all necessary documents daily.
  • Detail Oriented:
  • Someone who is thorough in their work and is able to complete the task with ACCURACY.

TASK:


SALES DEPARTMENT:
Aftermarket Products – Understands all aftermarket products sold, warranties, usage, etc.
Daily Sales appointments – Print next day’s appointments & prep. Also able to complete & understand the process of aftermarket appointments.
Delivery Folders - Keep it well stocked (New, Nv’s, Leaf folders)
Gas Purchase Orders – Create, close & file
Inspection – New & CPO vehicles (making sure it’s up to Nissan Standards)
Inventory – Check Books, Keys, Navi Chips & Pdi inventory on a weekly basis. Report any items missing.
New & Used Car Delivery folders – process and complete, set aftermarket appointments, log than you letters, pdi & nvdc logged & scanned.
Log(Pending) – Update start and end of day (Checking to make sure all books, keys, etc are in CCC)
Log(Sales Daily) – Update throughout the day
NCAR/NCONN – Make sure that Sales is completing this at time of delivery with the customer
PDI – Split, Scan, File (copy to title clerk)
RDR Calls - complete tasks in getting in touch with EVERY customer after delivery taking care of all their concerns while educating them about the survey.
Red book – Every morning check to make sure all sold vehicle delivery folders are turned in by the sales person
Referral Checks – Copy, Log, File & distribute accordingly
Sales Deal Folders (Red-New, Green-CPO Used, Blue-Non CPO Used) – Keep it stocked up
Scan – Delivery & Deal Folders
Stock in New Delivery – Check in inventory against stock in report, file keys & manuals away and report any missing items at time of check in.


SERVICE DEPARMENT:
Cash Drawer – Count cash drawer in the morning & balance in the afternoon
Service Calls – handle all incoming service calls, book appointments, confirm appointment at end of conversation with date, time, service advisors and email address. Follow up, No Shows, Retention, Recall, Reminder, Service Contract, & Declined service calls.
Shuttle Monitoring – Dispatch, Know where the drivers are and what is going on. Leave no customer behind. Communicate.
Scan – Repair orders


OTHER DUTIES:
Coffee, Water, Supplies – Keep it filled and well stock at all times
Disinfect & Keep Clean - Front Desk & Showroom all the time (Credit Card machine and counter areas disinfect after each transaction)
Filing – Rental agreements, anything that needs to be filed
Gas PO’s – Create to authorize personnel, close & send to accounting
Office Supplies – Staplers, tape, brochures &copiers – Keep it filled and well stock at all times
Opening/Closing Duties – Turn on/off computers log in, Reset Front Camera, Open/close all drawers, Bring out all necessary office tools for daily work load & put them away at the end, Bring out shuttle sign in tablet, etc.
