Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including Structural Heart procedures, for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- Work in a cardiac cath lab with 3 procedure rooms and 1 dedicated EP lab
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 3 cases per room
- Procedures include cardiac catheterization and intervention, structural heart (TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman), peripheral vascular angiography and intervention, EP ablations, and device implants
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call requirement of 4-5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per month
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, Structural Heart, and EP — Structural Heart experience is required
- Current BLS, ARRT certification, and Fluoroscopy Permit
- Proficiency with surgery/C-arm procedures, scrubbing, PACS, and fluoroscopy studies
- Experience with stents, angioplasty, angiograms, and peripheral upper/lower extremity vascular and venous studies
- License required if applicable
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained
