An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support within a school setting in Two Harbors, MN. This role involves working closely with students to develop, improve, and maintain the skills necessary for academic success and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions that enhance fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Document progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide consultation as needed.
- Occasional travel within the region may be required to support various school locations.
